Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
TOSAKAFUNKTM's operational information and terms and conditions for the services it provides are published as follows.

- Bank Transfer Fee (to be borne by the customer if bank transfer is used)

- Bank Transfer (online transfer via Stripe Invoicing, or transfer to a designated bank account)
- Spot Production (Invoicing): Due date stated on the invoice (generally within 30 days from the invoice issue date). However, payment terms of up to 60 days may be set based on individual contracts.
- Subscription Support (Subscription): Payment is processed automatically on the 1st of every month at the start of the service and thereafter. For contracts made mid-month, prorated calculation may apply for the first month.
- Website Production: Based on individual contracts, delivery will be made within approximately 30 business days after final design approval.
- Subscription Support: Service provision will commence immediately after payment completion.
- 【Production Services】: Due to the nature of the services, retainer fees and production costs are non-refundable for cancellations due to customer convenience after contract signing. If the deliverables differ significantly from the contract, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- 【Subscription Support】: If you wish to cancel mid-term, please contact us via the website's Contact form at least 7 days before the next billing date. Prorated refunds for monthly fees already paid will not be provided.
